Eight Servo High Speed Automatic Carton Box Stitching Machine

This automatic stitching machine can be used for stitching 3-ply corrugated box and 5-ply corrugated box.

It can stitch single piece box.

Customer first do printing, slotting and die cutting with flexo printer slotter die cutter machine, then use this automatic gluer stitcher machine to make sheet into boxes.

Specification:

1. the whole computer control automatic adjustment, easy operation, simple; Can store 9900 nails;

5. The paper feeding department adopts vacuum suction and leading edge belt to feed paper to ensure that the carton is not askew; The paper feeding leading edge belt of this machine can adjust the height of the belt separately to increase the service life;

6. the side flap device can make the paper feed neat and smooth;

7. The paper feeding speed of the paper feeding department is automatically controlled by PLC, so as to ensure that the paper box will not be nailed out and damaged.

8. Servo motor is used to control the paper feeding motor in the nail box to ensure stable and accurate nail distance;

9. The machine is designed with box shaping function to ensure that no scissors will appear when the box is nailed Skewed. This machine guarantees that the front and rear scissors mouth will not exceed plus or minus 2mm;

10. This machine can be nailed with double nails, single nails, reinforcing nails, double-head and single-head nails;

11. The machine adopts computer screen to operate and display fault instructions;

12, the machine can nail three layers, five layers of carton (seven layers need to be declared in advance when ordering);

13. The machine has automatic counting stacking and quantitative output at the end.

14. When the machine is askew during normal operation, it will stop automatically.
